Sales with NTS since 1995; more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry. During college, Billy worked summers as an apprentice lineman. Prior to NTS, Billy worked seven years for an electric utility distributor in South Carolina. Graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business.
